The home was sold by a real estate firm based in Millicent.

In all, there have been nine house sales in Millicent and district by various agents so far in December according to the industry website.

Among the properties to have changed hands this month are a small Tantanoola cottage as well as a Rendelsham dwelling which was formerly the town?s general store.

December?s sales have been achieved at auction and by private treaty.
